What’s your price-point and how do you pick your restaurants?

My restaurant picks range from $$ to $$$ with average ratings of 4*+. I love restaurants that offer great food, impeccable service, and an unpretentious atmosphere. Good vibes are a must. My experiences wobble between usually $50-$70 per person + tax + tip.

Can you explain your rating scale?

No. Just kidding, but I take no credit for it since it’s based on Michelin star ratings and I don’t always rate things, so here you go:

• 1 out of 3 stars: High quality experience, worth the stop

• 2 out of 3 stars: Excellent experience, worth a detour

• 3 out of 3 stars: Exceptional experience, worth a special journey

• $$$$$: Unless you’re made of money… maybe don’t do that

Is this your full-time job?

Nope, just a passion project! By day, you can find me working as an IT Strategy Program Manager at Mark Anthony Group, the powerhouse behind brands such as White Claw, Mike’s Hard, and Mission Hill. I have a deep background in technology strategy and transformation consulting with 5+ years of experience as a consultant at a Big 4 firm, where I drove digital strategy and agile transformation projects for public sector clients while drinking a concerning amount of bubly.

I’m also a certified mat Pilates instructor and would love to teach again once my time and capacity permit!
